Important details about subscriptions, hardware, and onboarding.How much does it cost?
The subscription is $30 per driver each month with no long-term contract.
What is included?
The driver mobile app, protected fleet portal, logs, DVIR, diagnostics, reporting, notifications, and support are included.
Will any truck cable work?
No. The connector and adapter must support the truck protocol and provide a documented BLE data interface that can be configured in the app.
Can I test without hardware?
Yes. The Connection & Data Sync page includes a deterministic simulator for onboarding and workflow testing.
Does the website take payment?
Not yet. The signup form sends your fleet details to our team so onboarding and hardware compatibility can be confirmed first.
What happens when a driver is offline?
Supported records stay in a bounded device outbox and synchronize when connectivity returns.
Can fleet staff send reports?
Yes. Authorized administrators can prepare CSV log reports and send them through the configured company email service.
Who can access the admin portal?
Administrator, company owner, and fleet manager roles can access protected fleet-management pages.
